Way to go! You can do it....look what you have already accomplished! Keep up the great work!

I have used her 30 day shred and LOVE it! I would love to try the new video as well, but I will be using hand weights since I don't have kettleballs. I will have to go pick it up this weekend.

 I couldn't have said it better myself!!

Puppy chow for me too! I have been craving it since seeing it at a craft show on Saturday! :blushing:

I'm with you! I have a friend who is on the HCG diet and it makes me crazy. I tried to talk to her and her sister about just tracking what they eat and continuing with their exercise. She made a comment about me having a higher metabolism, so that is why it works for me. I just don't think those plans are healthy....maybe…

I had the same thing about a month ago....it lasted a week! It was awful!!! I ended up having fluid in my ears which was affecting my balance. Try taking a decongestant and talk to your dr. It may be an ear infection or something else. Good luck and I hope it goes away soon!

Muscle Milk protein shakes. I like the vanilla one. They come in a ready to drink bottle or powder form. I like to do the powder one with 1/2% milk and some frozen strawberries....makes it like a yummy milkshake!! Good luck!

I think you need to change your heading to "many"....

WOW! You look great! Did you work out before starting it, or was this your first workout? I have been doing 30 day shred and a few BL workouts since last January. I borrowed the p90x from my neighbor, but have been too scared to start it.:blushing: Should I just jump in? Congrats on finishing it! :flowerforyou:

I do the same thing. I haven't been on meds for a few years. I have found that when I work out, I definitely feel better! Don't know if that will help you but it can't hurt! Even when I don't feel like it, I try to at least get outside for a walk. The fresh air and sunshine always helps too! I live in Michigan, so…

We do the same thing, so this is going to be awesome!!

I log it under circuit training but adjust the calories burned to what my hrm says. It is usually pretty close to what mfp says. Good luck!

gum? or water with Crystal light in it? Good luck!! This will pass!:flowerforyou:

I really like Jillian's 30 day shred. Yes it is hard, but if you want to strenghten your core....it is the best!! I also like Biggest Loser Bootcamp with Bob and BL Last Chance workout with Jillian. They all do cardio and strength training and the workouts are only 30 minutes. You can do anything for 30 minutes, right? If…

When my hubby and I raked our yard and picked up all the dead grass, I wore my hrm and burned like 1000cals in 2 hrs. It was hard work! You can look up gardening and pick the one that is closest to what you did. :-)

Welcome! You will love this site! I am from MI too :-)

I log it as circuit training on MFP. I have found it to be pretty close to what my HRM says. The Polar F6 is so simple to use though, if you want to try a HRM. Congrats on doing the shred!! IT ROCKS!!

:flowerforyou: WOW!! You are amazing!! What a great post!!!

It is only $9 at walmart. I love it! Good luck!

What Jenks said.... :-) For example: MFP tells you to eat 1400 cals a day which is a deficit of 200 cals from what your body burns to be alive. If you exercise and burn 300 cals, you should eat at least some of them back or else your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose weight. It isn't good to eat too few…

I went on maintenance a couple months ago. When I first switched, I added all the cals back in at once and felt like I was always starving?!?! Weird, but now I am back to feeling full with the cals I get. I haven't gained any weight. I have actually lost a couple more pounds. I think it would have been better to slowly add…

Are you drinking plenty of water? And, have you cut out most processed/ added sugars? I notice my tummy gets more bloated when I eat sugary stuff. 122lbs at 6'6" seems a little thin to me. I am 5'10" and 127lbs. which puts me right on the border of underweight. Maybe your body needs a few pounds on it? Just a thought....I…

I agree with them!! Bring some healthy snacks, try to split meals with a friend and drink tons of water. Do you have a phone with internet on it? You can log into MFP through your web OS that way. It might help you stay on track better. I would also say not to drink too much. Drinking alcohol takes up a lot of calories…

If you have the calories, etc. I would splurge a little bit. :drinker:
