I can't stand the texture either!! I tried Tilapia at Red Lobster a couple months ago and had to struggle no to gag on it.:ohwell: My family was trying to get me to try it so I did in the hopes of liking it and convincing my kids that it was good. I didn't!! I will have to try the supplement!!

I went over by about 700 calories and 1500mg sodium (plus fat, sugar, etc)!!! I felt terrible last night and woke up with a stomache this morning. I am determined to not let it beat me though!! I have already drank 4 glasses of water, did my workout and drank a protein shake. I am going to try to eat light today: salads…

WOW!! I cannot imagine! I have 3 kids ages 11,7 and 4. That was enough for me! Maybe you can try to make it fun with them in your workouts somehow. I did level 1 and 2 back-to-back for the first time today and WOW!! it was tiring!! I am only on my 5th day of it, so I will be sore tomorrow, but I wanted to see what level 2 was like. Your starting weight seems good for your height...I know P90x really tones you up though! I have several friends who have either done it, are doing it or have at least tried it. They say it is tough but so worth the results!! Good Luck to you and your hubby!!

I went to the store tonight to look at heart rate monitors for kind of the same reason as you....I want to see how many calories my body burns in a regular day. I am at my goal weight, but am curious how you do with this. Good luck!!

I'm not going to do the push up and sit up challenge, but I want to do the C25k. Not sure if I can start now. Weather is pretty bad outside and I don't have a treadmill for inside running. Good luck to you!!

I drink one packet almost every day mixed into a 20oz. bottle of water. I have not had any problems, but it could be your kidneys. I have heard that you can get lower back pain with kidney problems. I am not a dr. or in the medical field though. You might want to check with your dr. to make sure. Good luck!

I really like the South Beach Diet high protein cereal bar in peanut butter flavor. I tried the chocolate ones, but didn't like them and I love chocolate! I eat one every morning for breakfast with a cup of coffee. Good luck!

Look in the data base under coffee- brewed with grounds. That is how I enter mine. It is only 5 calories I think for an 8 oz. cup. Good luck with your journey!!

I love chocolate and peanut butter too!! Especially peanut butter cookies with hershey kisses on top. YUM!! I think I will try the "sludge" mix....it sounds yummy!!

I have been checking CL regularly but don't know what a good brand is...I will have to do some research. :-) I have bought a couple of dvds but don't do them ever!:blushing: I used to do them and loved them, but now I am looking for something more.
