I gave up coke a couple months back when I realized how much sugar was in one can!! WOW! I did switch to coffee with sugar free french vanilla or hazelnut creamer and just recently switched to black coffee. I still need one 8 oz mug a day to keep the headache away. I would try ibuprofen instead of tylenol. It works better…

I have been trying to do a protein bar or shake. That's what my workout coach told me to do. I use the Muscle Milk strawberry milkshake powder. I do one scoop with one cup 1/2% milk and a cup of frozen strawberries in the blender. It's like a smoothie!!

i just started it today. I found a thread for "shredders" under excercise that said log it as circuit training. That gave me 180 calories burnt. Hope that helps!

I just did day one today too! It was tough, but I made it thru level one. I had 8 lb. hand weights and had to stop using them b/c I got so tired. I thought I was in good shape:sad: I am excited to see my results! I am only a few pounds away from my goal weight and want to tone up more. Good luck with it!

I have been wanting to start running for awhile. I have been trying to walk at least every other day. I found an article with training tips (in my FITNESS magazine) for newbies that I am going to try to follow starting tonight. Wish me luck!! You are all an inspiration to me!!:happy:

I go over every day too. I did bump my sugar to 60 grams instead of the 33 recommended by MFP. I still go over occassionally, but that is when I have a "bad" day and eat sweets. I have cut back alot on what I used to eat for sweets, but am finding sugar is in alot of things I never would have guessed. Like milk?? I drink…

I have the same problem. I've found that kickboxing really helps with that. I've also been really watching my sugar intake since I started MFP and that has helped me lose much of the "belly/ love handle" fat. Good luck!

Hi! I am new to MFP and am curious about something. Do you count Fuze or Propel as water intake or do you only count it in your food diary? I have been only counting it in my diary. Should I be counting it in both places? Thanks for your help!
