Sounds like a food allergy and you need to find out what it is. If you keep eating it your subsequent reactions could get worse, meaning not just hives but shortness of breath, difficulty swallowing, facial or tongue swelling, throat tightening and possible anaphylactic shock.

I went to the cafeteria at work to get oatmeal for breakfast and there was a tray of at least 20 maple bars, which are my FAVORITE. It was hard but resist them I did. Still thinking about them though.

Try incorporating peanut butter, full fat dressings, and nuts into your diet. It's very hard to not get enough calories eating these foods.

Ok so our first trip to the gym went great. We worked on bench press bar only, lat pull downs, shoulder press with a 20lb barbell, and some leg press. So for the record...I have no intention of letting my son lift "heavy" at 85% of max at this moment in time. He just wants to lose a little weight. We will see what happens a few months from now.

I've done both and pointsplus can be a little easier for logging . Also certain fruits and most vegetable are zero points. MFP is however FREE.

I got this microwave egg cooker off amazon.com and I can cook an egg in the microwave in one minute. It takes me a total of three minutes to make a homemade egg muffin sandwich which I can eat in the car on the way to work
