I'm starting over today also, this is my first day back. My dad was a marathon runner and I've always dreamed of being one, I've tried to start so many times but my body just can't take it. Add me if you want we can inspire each other.

Hi. I'm going to be the big 50 in January, 5'6", weighed 207 this morning. This is my first day starting back on MFP and need a couple friends to do this with. I don't get on the boards much.

Sprinkle with just a bit of cinnamon, brown on both sides in skillet, dump a can of madarine oranges on them and cook until done.

I did a search for spaghetti squash and found this thread. I've never had before and decided to plant some in my garden and looks like I will have about 30 or more ready shortly. Can't wait to try these recipes and if anyone has any to add I would love to see them.

I will cook up several pounds of ground beef and turkey at once then freeze them in one pound bags. That way I have already cooked meat for spaghetti sauce, tacos, soups, anything that uses ground meat.

I add it to turkey meatloaf.

I use mine most workdays, esp during the winter when I want a hot lunch. I keep the base at work and just take the insert back and forth. Best thing i ever bought myself.

I remember as a teenager being woke up in the middle of the night from the stench coming from the bathroom as my dad was going through the prep. Be sure to turn the fan on and have air freshener handy.

I love to have hot soup for lunches in the winter so I make up big batches of soup, usually 3 different ones and freeze in single serving containers or even ziplock bags. 2015 is my year too! Last year I lost 26 pounds by tracking calories and getting some exercise. This year I'm going to lose another 30 pounds and get to my goal by December. It's very doable, just 2.5 pounds a month.

If you are not pooping either you should be worked up for a bowel obstruction. Also FYI you can still get gallstones that can obstruct the ducts without a gall bladder.

I've tried WW and liked it, but it just got too expensive for me. I'm now in a program called TOPS (take off pounds sensibly) and really enjoy the meetings, it's super cheap and I can still use MFP.

I was weighing 4 ounces of cooked chicken and using the calories on the label which I know understand is for the raw weight. I thought that it seemed like a lot of meat.
