  • Such a good idea! I used to do uphill speed walking and talk to my boyfriend beside me, but he wasn't that much into the haha. I'm a person who gets bored during cardio SO easily, let's hope this works.
  • Reading this made me feel much better! I tend to binge watch a lot of tv/movies when I PMS, and along with that.. binge on snacks too :( my meals are pretty much the same, and I do less intensive workouts.
  • I am currently on week two on her beginners calendar- and it's great! On days when I feel the workouts are not intense enough, I do this additional ~15 min workout I found elsewhere (squats, pushups, jumping lunges...). I see the biggest difference around my stomach.
