  • Don't give up!. I have to say this to you because it is good advice. Now say it back to me. I always feel like giving up. But then I pass the mirror. I can't give up and neither can you. Don't set goals too high or deprive yourself. Ahealthy weight loss is 2.1 lbs every two weeks. start small. Smile now :)
