Thanks to everyone's advice, I lost 3 lbs. this week.:smile: Down to 166. I made sure I ate all my calories (including work out calories) and drank a least 84 oz. of water. What a difference it made. SW - 170 CW - 166 GW - 140

I made homemade chocolate chip cookies for my family last night . It's that time of the month and I was so craving something sweet. What was I thinking and right on the weekend. I have consumed 4 already. The madness!

Thanks. I incresed my calories and I am really trying to eat the 1360 plus my workout calories. Some days it is over 2000 calories. Kind of tuff to do. I am also trying to eat more protein. Anxious for weigh in on Monday.

Hi, Lost one pound. Down to 169. Crazy... I keep my calories under what I should eat and I exercise everyday but Sunday. Not seeing the results I hoped. Worked out this morning and burned 469 calories on Active Sports. Hopefully this will kick start my Monday. SW 170 CW 169 GW 140

My husband is trying to get fit as well. He does this every so often. Works out twice a day and eats salads. Sheds pounds like there is no tomorrow. Kind of jealous.
