I couldn't do Insanity today :cry: because a hurt a muscle but I was able to get on the Elliptical today for my 40 min cardio. I felt guilty not exercising. Guess that is a good sign of a lifestyle change. 8 Cups Water - done 45 Minutes Cardio - done Have a great day. Crazy windy here today.

SW: 162 CW: 163 (gained a pound) Neck: 13" (same) Waist: 32.75" (lost .5 inches !) Hips: 42.5" (same) L Thigh: 24" (same) R Thigh: 23.5" (same) Gained a pound but lost .5 inches in the waist. I had a great weekend with friends and family but a terrible weekend for my diet. Still at 162. Time to get back on track. I wish the Easter Bunny wouldn't bring so much candy. I have no willpower.

Just finished day 3, Cardio Power and Resistance. My upper body is sooooo weak. My calves are feeling a little tight today. Does anyone know if the cardio rest day has a lot of jumping in it?

Finished my first Insanity workout this morning, Plyometric Cardio Circuit. I thought it was a great workout. Most of the exercises I could not keep up the same pace , but as another member suggested, I just did a full set at the best pace I could. Next time I will be able to do more sets. I am just starting. I did my fitness test today as well. It wasn't that hard. Although I did work up a good sweat in the short amount of time. I am excited to get started. I seem to be more successful when programs give you a number of day challenge. I always think to myself... I can stick this out for 60 days or 30 or 9…

That is incredible. Nice job teammate. I wish I could say the same. I have been out of town on a ski trip. Although it was a vacation I still worked out on the slopes everyday. I lost two pounds I am down to 164.

I entered my weight on the website as well. CW: 165 - Yeah I lost one pound. Finally off 166. I started doing more cardio rather than circuit training. I think the change up in exercise helped. Hope everyone has a good weigh in day.

Great job everyone. Sunday challenge went well. I did break down and have a small DQ cone (when everyone else was having Blizzards) but still stayed under calories, doubled my exercise this AM and drank 12 cups of water. Hopefully it will pay off for tomorrow's weigh in.

This Saturday challenge helped me a ton. I did a 45 minute workout on EA Active Sports, then jumped on the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes this am. In the afternoon a took a long walk with the fam and our new puppy. Burned over 800 calories. I am well below my calories and I have drank 12 cups of water so far. Plan to…

I'm in. I totally blow it on the weekends. I did the EA Active sports and worked out on the elipticle trainer this AM.
