I'm checking in a day late here. Last weigh in I was 184.6 and this Weigh in I'm 182.4 So that is about two lbs. I'm a little disapointed though as I was down to 180.6 last week with a total loss of 4 lbs but now I'm back up two lbs. I guess I just need to work at it harder.0

I haven't lost anything in the last 2 weeks so I am still 192lbs, I have lost inches though and managed to meet my mini goal of dropping a dress size by easter!

I had a great weekend with friends and family but a terrible weekend for my diet. Still at 162. Time to get back on track. I wish the Easter Bunny wouldn't bring so much candy. I have no willpower.0

Was reading everyone's latests posts - seems like we all need some motivation to stay strong and focused on this weight loss thing! I know it's a lot easier to put it on than to take it off, but we can do it! We just need to buckle down and be serious about this. I know I struggle because I'm an emotional eater - but that just means I need to get on top of my mind game and stop letting things affect me. I also like foods that "TASTE GOOD" which puts just about everything full of calories in my sight! We gotta do better you all - we gotta stay on track and really focus on our calorie intake and EXERCISE!!!!!!!
For those who are losing the weight - can you give some pointers?0 -
Didnt do too good over Easter Weekend. Honestly, I gained 2 pounds. Family parties are killer!!! Im starting fresh today and really hope I can meet this goal. I hope all of us can meet this goal! This is my first challenge ever and Im new on MFP so I really hope I dont mess this up!

Well i have lost a total of 35.5 pounds in 16 weeks ! It has been very interesting for me to find out the calories in alot of the food that i do enjoy ! I am exercising for 45 to 60 minutes every day and drinking at least 10 cups of water a day ! I cannot exercise right now though i have a pulled muscle in my back which is getting better ! I will be back to exercise hopefully next week ! We can do this !0

Feeling pretty good. Lost 3 lbs since last weigh in. Feels like it should be more but trying not to get discouraged. I wanted to be down 10lbs by May 1st, but looks like its not gonna happen. Need some good snack choices. I'm pretty good w/ my main meals, but my snacks, or lack thereof, are killing me.0

WOW - everyday??? Now you're definitely motivating me to get off my heiny! 10 cups a water a day!??? I have to fight myself just to drink 3-4 a day! Maybe I need to drink a glass of water everytime I get the urge to snack!0 -

hi guys I missed weigh in as I have had a medial collateral tear to both knee ligaments!!! eeeekkkk too much to soon with the exercising I think!
Ive put on 5lbs in that time and Im now back on track so my current weight is 218lbs which is +5 :0(......looking forward to trying to get that back down now I can at least walk, cycle and swim, though Im not quite ready for the return to the gym just yet.

I'm about to go to extreme measures now. No bread and little to no white sugar until further notice. I went out of town and really overdid it! I picked up a pound somewhere along the way from last Sunday to today. I am not happy!0
