Here's my weigh in:
Bad news on the weight: 142 LBS - gained 1 pound since Friday (when I normally weigh). That's a bummer but not a total shock with Mother's Day etc. Still trying to learn to navigate the social situations!
Great news on inches though: Neck: 12.5, Waist: 28.5, 37.5 - all those numbers went down (since Friday!!) along with the arms and "lower waist"!
I appreciate that this group weighs on Mondays. I'm hoping that will help keep the momentum up over the weekend this week. I will know that I won't have Monday-Friday to "recover" from the weekend!

BONUS: Do 35 Push-ups.... you can modifty them if u need! Do girlie ones or do them against a wall..
WEDNESDAY:
GET OUTSIDE if weather permits.--Exercise 50 minutes
Eat Back at least half of your exercise calories

THURSDAY:

60 Minutes Exercise
BONUS: Do the following 3 times in a row...this can be done during a commercial break!
25 Jumping Jacks
25 Pushups....(modified if needed)
15 Squats
25 Crunches
FRIDAY CHALLENGE:
Do an outdoor activity with a friend or family. Take a walk, throw a frisbee.,...etc.. If weather is bad, see if you can get them to go to the gym with you.
leave only 100 calories or less of your calories..(I worded that weird..but I think you get it)

155.3 Bummer gained 2 lbs this week. I didn't navigate through Cinco DE Mayo or the Pacman fight or Mothers day to well. Now for the start of a new week!!!!!! Celery celery celery and Water water water!!!
I have been strength training almost everyday. Blew out my knees doing treadmill and stair master. I am hoping some of the gain is muscle.

After falling off the wagon for a few days I am now back on. Lost a little over 1 pound, but measurements are still the same.
Walking every day though not working out like I used to and that makes a HUGE difference. Need to get motivated to work out.....
