    Has your eating schedule changed?
    I was going back to my old ways of only eating at night. Even though I was under goal I gained. You are a brilliant girl. I'm sure you will be back in the 160's in no time!!!!!

    No loss this week. I tried hard to have a loss, but during certain times trying to control my eating is a battle I still work on. :cry: Unfortunately I was counting on a loss this week to combat the fact the we have a 5 day camping trip this weekend and I don't know how I am going to survive hamburgers (my hunny makes a mean one), hotdogs, chili, chips, smores, and soda. :noway: Any tips or suggestions? I am so close to my half way goal (of 65.5 lb) and I so wanted to reach it by June 6th, my 1 year mark on mfp.

    I was on vacation, so that was probably it. And I'm just getting back to eating normally today.. haha

    I keep forgetting to come on and post. Yesterday i done the C25K week 5 day 1 & i was surprised to complete it.
    Today i went for bike ride for 30 minutes. I really hope i loose some weight next week, i know i am getting fitter as i am running further.

    Thanks so much ladies for all of your hard work ! I am on track this week with exercising every day and drinking my water ! This motivates me more to know how much that i have lost so far and how much that i need to loose to get to my goal for my 15 pounds for this challenge !

    I am feeling so good. I have been sick the past week and unable to eat/drink/exercise. Felt like POO!

    Happy to get some skipping in today, eating REAL food, and able to drink water with no pain :happy: Also excited to see my lowest weight yet on the scale this morning!

    151.5 This week! It is taking me forever to get to the 40's! I know it is a loss so it is ok. I also have muscles now from lifting weights that is pretty cool!!!!!!

    MONDAY: Weigh in Day!! Make sure to check in!

    60 Minutes Cardio exercise
    10 Cups Water
    Under Calories





    35 Pushups, and 35 Crunches



    TUESDAY:

    40 Minutes Cardio
    20 Minutes Strength training

    12Cups water ---Tinkle Tuesdays! lol
    Under Calories



    WEDNESDAY:

    50 Minutes of U CHOOSE exercise... choose what you want to do
    50 Crunches
    10 Cups water

    Try to only be UNDER CALORIES by less than 100.



    THURSDAY:

    Eat 6 servings of fruits/veggies.

    60 Minutes Exercise

    8 Cups Water


    FRIDAY:

    10 Cups Water
    Under Calories
    60 Minutes Cardio



    SATURDAY:

    Work outside in your yard or garden if weather permits. Or, go to the park with your family or friends. Ride bikes...walk...etc...

    Pack a healthy lunch with lots of fruit.

    Drink your water!!


    SUNDAY:

    My rest day... choose to do as you like. This is your "me" day.
