    Waist: 32.75" (lost .5 inches !)

    Gained a pound but lost .5 inches in the waist. I can deal with that. I started the second half of Insanity today. Based on the workout I am hoping for good results.

    Hey you guys! I've updated the sheet up to this point.
    I'm only going to be tracking weight for the length of the challenge and then looking at the measurements again during the last week. If you want to keep measuring yourself, keep it up, but that loss isn't going to be as drastic weekly so it'll make more sense to compare only the start and end numbers for those.

    I look forward to more weights coming in today!

    It's actually not going to be up until next weigh in. The list is currently not in the most organized state, because i want to knock off people who don't ever weigh-in. But as soon as the list is up, which will be after the weigh-in on the 9th, I'll post the link here!

    Thanks! I've been doing the 30 day shred for 14 out of the last 15 days. (Took a day off for a 5 mile hike.) I've REALLY noticed a difference over the last couple weeks. Also on week 3 of C25K. Wish the scale would reflect the hard work, though!

    :blushing: SO proud of myself. I actually worked out last night! I did Leslie Sansone's 2 mile walk. I haven't worked out in over 2 weeks so I'm starting out slow again. I've also stopped weighing myself everyday! This is very hard for me I'm addicted to the scale! I love looking at the numbers go up and especially down! Oh No now I have a craving for the scale! Luckily at work there isn't one!

    Thigh right = 25.9 inch
    Thigh left = 25.8 inch
    It was a long weekend camping & it was great fun. Loads of walking & i joined other ladies dancing around the maypole on the colour i love (1and half hrs long) it was fun as we trapped the men sitting @ the base of the maypole (stopping it from falling over) what a great long day that was.
