Hey you guys! I've updated the sheet up to this point.
I'm only going to be tracking weight for the length of the challenge and then looking at the measurements again during the last week. If you want to keep measuring yourself, keep it up, but that loss isn't going to be as drastic weekly so it'll make more sense to compare only the start and end numbers for those.
I look forward to more weights coming in today!

It has been a long day, i have visited my sister & it was great to see her & my nieces. I have done so much walking to day, up & down steep hills, running as well. I was that tired i fell asleep for 5 minutes, my darling son told his dad over the phone "Mummy had the little kitten asleep on her boobies & it's funny" @ the train station in front of people. Well it made them chuckle & smile.

I couldn't do Insanity today because a hurt a muscle but I was able to get on the Elliptical today for my 40 min cardio. I felt guilty not exercising. Guess that is a good sign of a lifestyle change.

Sorry been MIA...Had a "HELLACIOUS" schedule (unexpected) this week. I worked 61 hrs in 4 days , was awake for a 49 hr stretch. All unplanned and no food with me... ended up eating at client's home and not good choices. Did not get all my exercises in either. Ended up gaining weight! UGH!!!!

Hopefully back on track Starting Tues. > The new patient is all settled in at home and schedule is set. Of course the chaos all happened when her regular clinical manager was away...her regular RN/Clinical manager is back from her trip so no more supervisory duties there for me! Back to my calm routine.:-)0 -

horrible week this week as far as the h20 and the exercise. I've managed(the scale will tell me on Monday) I think to keep my food intake in check. I will be on the ball next week - promise. Unexpected chaos at work, sick kids, and ..... enough. I am over it. It's Friday and I'm only a little bitter that I have to work this weekend too -- Mother's Day weekend. :sad:

I realize it is Sunday - but I love saying "when" I reach my goal. It really feels like making a commitment to yourself. Anyway, my reward will be getting my wedding dress fitted in my NEW size!0

I lost half a pound to be at 199.0 this morning ! I am starting back to exercising this week and i hope for a good week next week on the scales ! I know that im going to loose the 15 by the 4th of July its right before i go on vacation to the beach ~ My reward is going to be getting me some clothes that fit me better !0
