I used to suffer with Plantar Fasciitis and know that it is not very nice and does hinder certain exercises. I would suggest swimming as another form of exercise if you have a nearby pool, this may help your weightloss (also are you doing any exercises to get rid of this condition, I suffered for ages and caused damage to…

Thanks for the feedback, I have been exercising for about 8 weeks now so will give it a go doing it Mon, Tues, Thurs, Frid so having a break on Wednesday and the weekend and see how I go. I may even built up to every day in the future :)
