I love you for you quote Monty Python.
-
How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood? Report me, go on.. I dare ya!
-
But seriously, I like mine smooth, but I'll take hair if he's worth it.
-
Hahahaahahahaha. I just snorted milk up my nose. Damn you!

You both look amazing! And so much younger!
-
Ah, okay. So I shouldn't worry too much? Thanks! x
-

David Tennant. Hand down.

Oh, I'd go for Cheesestrings. 69 calories and you can have fun eating them. Or something MINTY! I swear, the amount of times I have been saved by tic-tacs and polo mints and sugar-free chewing gum.
-
Neither, for me. I'm a vegetarian, but I have a bad reaction to the Mycoprotein in Quorn.
-
I actually just snorted with laughter. Wait... were you googling 'men wearing tights'?

It's not that I'm not willing to exercise. I really am! I just couldn't think of how to do it. Thanks guys, these suggestions are brilliant!
-
So there are downloadable Apps with workouts on them? That sounds good!
-
Actually, I hadn't thought of an early morning walk. That's a good idea. Assuming I can drag myself out of bed haha. I'll look into that one.
-
I do walk, but it's only about 15 minutes 0.7 miles each way. I don't actually include that in my burned calories :P I thought about a fitness DVD but I live with other people and I would be so embarrassed :(

Oh. I can't reply to all of you. Thank you to the supporters. YOU understand what I meant. I love you guys x To the haters. This post wasn't directed at you if: - You are sticking to a regimented diet because you have to - You are training for some major sporting event. - You can't have even a little of your chosen treat…

I'll send some your way if you like Have some KitKat-related thought waves *zomzomzom*.

Mmm, exactly! If you worry all the time about those few extra calories, you will get over-stressed and potentially over eat because of this stress.
-
Oh, christ! I'm not saying constantly eat fatty or sugary foods all the time! I mean lighten up and allow an occasional treat. You can still lose weight and enjoy a treat now and then.
-
Mmm, but that's what I'm saying. You get into this cycle of fear where you never allow anything as a treat again. That's how eating disorders develop. And how you lose friends when you can;t go out with them for a meal.
-
Yeah, no, again I;ll say this post wasn't aimed at everyone. ^ Some of you. Some.

This ^

@Dave189lbs and @Kimbersway2th. Yup, I understand that it is difficult for some people, like yourselves. But my post wasn't really directed at you. More towards the people who are being unnecessarily harsh on themselves when it comes to treats and such.
-
Thanks! Yes, you can't deny yourself a social life - and often this social life involves treating yourself. An ice cream on the beach with your family, popcorn at the cinema with your friends. What does it matter? As long as you keep it in control.

Haters gonna hate. For every person who hated this thread, there is someone who needed to hear this. I don't care if you don't like what I say, some people do. This wan;t directed at everyone, just those people who need it. Everyone is different, there are people who need to keep their macros level, there are people who…

To all the haters, this post is not directed at everyone. I understand that some of you are training for serious things, and that's totally cool with me. Eat all your macros and obsess over every calorie. Not my problem. But there are people on here looking to make a lifestyle change and they are taking it too seriously.…
