/awkward. Hello, 16 year old me. You were awesome, and you never realised it. But now you can see just how it was. Couple of tips that you will never follow. > Don't say something without thinking about it. You will definitaly regret it. > ////. You can't change it now, but I wish you'd stopped to think. > Stop eating so…

My brother. I love him but he's too ******* skinny.
-
So you rank pretty highly then?
-
Oh yeah, but never over 200 calories and more likely to be 50. I always keep a log in my head of the calories I eat.
-
See how I wink at you ;)
-
Ditto these ^^ It doesn't matter what you are eating, but if your calories in exceed your calories outt hen you will gain weight. Fact of life, sorry :(

Well, you see. This is where a lot of people dispute eating their exercise calories. I would have to say, but only from my own opinion because I don't know a lot about this particular topic, that you should listen to your body and eat how much it is telling you to eat. If you're full at 1900 calories, then don't push it.…

Good question. It's true that your body will start burning fat rather than muscle to begin with, but if your defecit is too low your body registers that it not getting enough food. After a while it will go into the much disputed 'starvation mode'. Here, your metabolism drops, natural processes (skin, hair, nail growth etc)…

Generally it's because your metabolism has dropped because your calories were still low. Try upping your calories a little at a time and see how that goes.

As far as I'm aware, wide hips are a sign of fertility and are therefore very attractive to men. It doesn't matter what shape you are, if you have a nicely toned body you can wear that bikini for all its worth. Wide hips don't look fat... a large derrier and belly looks fat. Go for it!

Your best bet after exercise is something protein-rich, because it will help repair/build the muscles. Obviously eggs or meat would be the best thing, or a similar foodstuff (Milk, yoghurt, tofu or TVP). Or if you're stuggling to get enough than try protein powder. If you're able to get enough protein from your diet, you…

Exactly! It'll keep your metabolism up so therefore keep you burning calories!

Oh, shhhh you

Wow, you look amazing! And so much younger!

Hahaahaa. Love it.

Well, I'm not a 'runner'. I'm really jsut starting out, but this helped me: In through the nose 1 - 2 - 3 Out through the mouth 1 - 2 - 3 And repeat. Once you start doing this regularily it kinda becomes automatic, and sometimes I do have to take that extra gulp of air if I'm short, but otherwise it's really effective.
-
That's brilliant! I've just started running too, doing C25K. Hopefully i'll be able to achieive as much as you have!
-
Wow... this really motivated me because you started roughly where I started, and you have a similar goal. Incredible :D
-
I'm in! That should be... um... 180/100x4 = 7.2 So I should weigh... 173lbs. I reckon I could do that :)

I'm in! 'Azazelrabbit'

I have the same problem getting enough protein because I'm a vegetarian, too :D I tried protein powder, and it really helped boost the amount I could take in, but I never went seriously over MFP levels, so I don't think that it would be detrimental to your health. If you're getting the right amount, there shouldn't be a…

Bum/Thighs. Ugh.

Well. I do C25K 3-4 times per week. <<< I'd recommend C25K I try and walk on the beach at least once. I also try and climb the biig hill near my house at least once. And I do hockey for 45mins on a Thursday :) So that's 6-7 things, but sometimes I do two on one day and have a rest day in between. It's just how I can fit it…
