Congrats!!! That is wonderful! I have been maintaining for quite a while now... Your weight can fluctuate a couple of pounds, so don't freak out if you go up one or two pounds... I put my goal a few pounds lower, so my weight could settle... Wow, Congrats!!! :)

Giggle, actually, Green is just my favorite color. I could not find anything to wear as I have taken photos at most 5 pound loss marks. There is quite a visual difference with just 5 or 10 pounds lost between progress photos of me. I had this new shirt in my drawer, for spring, and it just looked so appropriate for today.…

Hello, I am tsimehc2000's wife. :) He spoke of me in his post. I totally agree w/ what he said. If I had not started w/ power 90, I do not think I would have been physically or mentally ready for P90X. (Power 90 Extreme.) Doing Power 90 was such a blessing! I personally lost 25 pounds, and 18.5 overall inches!!! 4.5 inches…
