Congratulations! :D I too have started the shred this week again (after a couple of attempts to keep it up and failing :( ) and today is Day 4. I'm determined to finish this time!

I started it a few months ago and the first few days really were treacherous...in my legs and abs especially.. I plan to start the shred again after about 2 months of virtually no gym trips, exercise dvds or anything...so i shall let you know my outcome

yeah someone ordered me a half deep fried pizza up here (Edinburgh) - by mistake. OMG!!! I don't think there has been anything I have eaten which is so vile!!! Its just total grease with a subtle tomatoey flavour - MINGIN'! I couldn't stomach it all and what I did made me rather sick that night :(

thanks :) i have a strange feeling its kinda been long term - not like years, months perhaps. i'm at 1lb weight loss goal per week and trying my hardest to eat all the goal calories - as well as the ones from exercise. A lot more difficult than I thought it'd be lol
