yeah, it's a side effect from the hormones convincing your body that you're already pregnant (which means we gotta prep the boobies for baby feeding) and therefore do not need to prepare itself to conceive (as is releasing an egg, no egg release, no conception)....or something along those lines, I've heard this somewhere…

I honestly don't know if hypnosis actually works, but for kicks I have bought a couple subliminal CDs :P my first one was titled "pass your driving test" because I HATED driving while I was learning and was always stressed out. what was cool was that the CD I got had a "silent" track that you could play but wouldn't hear…

so far I love it with fruit, especially pineapple! I love it plain too... recently I've had it with some cayenne pepper sprinkled on top over an english muffin, OOOHHH and I love eating it with pan seared salmon or with pan seared seasoned chicken <3 I have heard of and want to try adding salsa or cucumber

I just got a HRM, the New Balance Pearl :bigsmile: I went through 40 minutes of Jillian Michael's Extreme Shred and Shed and had an average heart rate of 144 through out the video, as compared to 70ish at rest I plugged the average into two calculators online, one said 530 calories were burnt while the other said 512....…

I just bought a HRM so when I used it to figure out my average HR I forgot that it counts calories too and cleared the data after my workout :blushing: oops I googled and plugged my average into a couple calorie calculators I'll have to compare numbers after my next workout to see how consistent the they are:smile:

ooh, I've got lots of battle scars, mostly right above my hips and on the thighs, they range from 2-3.5 inches long. the longest one was from probably christmas weekend ( battle of the beef stew, rice crispy treats, gingerbread cookies, shepards pie, and egg nog) and then there are the smaller ones from battling too much…

YEEEESSS... chipotle :love: I have always gotten a burrito with steak, no beans, corn salsa, cilantro lime rice, cheese, and sour cream and since MFP, I've switched to just a bowl and brown rice, keeping everything else the same If I could, I'd eat there so much more often, but that would cause harm to my waist and wallet…

I'd second the water weight and under eating concept From what I've learned on MFP, your body retains water to help repair the little muscle tears that happen when you work them out, I'd give it a few days, making sure I drinks lots of water and avoid foods that can cause excess water retention.
