I am yo~yoing with the last 10 lbs..I have lost it and then gained it back!..I am now looking to tone up and maintain my weight..So, count me in! :drinker:

I like how you have started off with a small goal..When I first started losing weight, I didn't set a goal and just started receiving compliments..You can do it..Since, 2009 I have lost a total of 54 lbs and gained 10 back..Recently I have lost 2 more lbs so it can be done..It just takes time and the will to want to keep…

Glad to know that I am not alone here..For the past month I have been having my ups and downs..I lost 17 & gained 3 or 4..I do zumba, aerobics & walk (try to get at least 2 miles in each time) as much as possible..Good luck to all who are on the same page with me.

I have lost 17 lbs (out of the 23 I planned to lose)..I feel like a have failed myself and am at a stand~still with my diet & excercise..I do zumba and exercise as much as I can but still feel down..How can I bring myself out of this rut? Oh and I gained 5 lbs back.. Need to get back to my happy place and fast!:sad:
