No loss for me this week...take a step back...are your clothes fitting better? Does your stomach feel flatter? Do those jeans fit this week when they didn't last week? Sometimes progress is not evident on the scale but in how you look! It's not all about that blasted scale number... Susan

Based on personal experience...I look at my losing pattern. I have noticed that I usually go for several weeks (3) without any loss and then have a huge weight loss..it's my pattern and perhaps could be yours too... I have done this several times in 4 months so I don't freak out and obsess with the scale (believe me, it's…

On the plus side...we have to learn to focus on more than the NUMBER...since it doesn't move! 9 left to go... Focusing on the positives... -- I find my clothes are fitting better and pants are bigger even though scale doesn't move! We do get conditioned to live by the number, so during these times we focus on healthier…

My favorite is arctic char....I put 2 T of agave on it...then cook on grill pan...cooks fast and has a sweet flavor with nice grill marks. Haddock is good too: Add 1/4T unsalted butter, 1/2 squeezed lemn. Cover with 3 ritz crackers...add 1/4 T butter...bake 15 minutes...yum! Fresh fish shouldn't have a smell.
