  • Is it horrible gym form to use the barbells that are a set weight in the squat rack? Should I be squatting with these barbells in another spot so as not to take up the squat rack? Thinking about doing SL and trying to navigate everything. Can't lift 45 at this point so need an alternative until I can.
  • I just found out that no my gym doesn't have a bar lighter than 45 lbs. I doubt I could squat with that at this point. I have been using kettle bells to do front squats and can do it with 24 lbs. what should I use in the meantime? Susan
  • Interesting...so if I'm on basically an upper/lower lifting routine, it's ok to do HIT on a day where I lifting upper, preferably before lifting so it doesn't interfere? But not on a day OF or AFTER lower as it will interfere with either energy for lifting or repair afterwards? Susan

  • I don't think you can search recipes that people have added to their diaries. There are lots of recipe groups that you can join however. That may be a better option for you.
