I agree...cold after injury. Advil. 600 mg in one dose I had disk surgery last year. Make sure to put yourself in back friendly position. Either lie on your back or sit upright with pillows in lumbar area...whatever is comfortable. Hope you feel better. I sympathize as I've been there.

I use Runkeeper...thus far on routes whose distance I already know, I have found it to be extremely accurate. It's free for the basic version which is perfect!

5'8" with large frame... Currently at 159 and heading to between 155-157 as goal. Puts me firmly in 10's and some 8's...any less is not attractive on me.

I'm a believer that it's not just calories but WHAT you eat...changing habits for the long term. What was successful for me...I upped my protein, more veggies...no sugar, no unprocessed carbs...less bread..lots of fruit, exercise 3-5 days a week. I have lost weight before without exercising , but in my fifties it's harder…

What everyone else said... I've had two plateaus of over a month each...frustrating but look for other successes besides that blasted scale number...are you clothes fitting better?
