Thank you for your advice...though I literally don't touch any of that stuff anymore. And I do feel so much more better for it...yet, I still get bloated. Ugh.

Oooh really? I've seen them, and heard all about them in 'Zest' and other magazines. I've been contemplating going for them, but usually, I don't go for anything pre packaged (I make some exceptions though). I'm tempted to try them... x

To be honest, I've pretty much stopped caring about my sugar intake (that's always over) because it's always basically down to the fruit and veg I eat. I don't track every little thing like I used to...like if I were to grab a handful of cereal just to ease hunger pangs. It keeps me feeling sane and happy, and stops me from becoming anxious and nervous from obsessing. People need to chill a little more.

Yeahp. I struggle sometimes too, but I'm really trying to bring up my net calories up to at least 1,300. Just try bringing it up one step at a time, not in a huge chunk, I think this will give you more time to adjust to the added calories. And over time, you may increase it, bit by bit. :)

Well, I'm technically not exactly an artist yet...I'm an art student though with serious intentions of producing a body of work that looks to portraiture and the mind. I'm currently taking Fine Art, and I like conceptual art. I'm only 18 right now though, so I have some way to go. :')

Dark haired guys ooft! Sort of like the tall, dark and handsome thang going on! ;) haha A guy that's moderately tall too. Quite rugged...I don't like for a guy to be too clean shaven.. ;D BUT most importantly? Of course the biggest turn on would be intelligence. :')

I was at my highest of 189lbs this time last year, I'm now at 136lbs, and I'm aiming to tone up, build up some muscle and reach 126lbs. So, yeah, for my height of 5ft 5, I'm within the 'normal' range. :)
