Well, for today my NSV would be that I resisted the urge to binge at lunch time..which is a pretty big deal for me considering that I struggle with a binge eating disorder. Yay! Go me! ;)

Hi Nikki, Well, I suppose it depends on what foods you're eating now. I've found that if I have a salad, with plenty of green veg, leafy greens etc. for lunch or dinner, or even both, then I do tend to become altogether more hungry...and sooner. Omgosh, I must try that! :O Sounds delicious! :) My favourite desert is to freeze a couple of chopped up bananas, whizz them up in a blender with peanut butter, and serve...and there you have it, your own creamy, rather healthy ice-cream! ;)

Yeah, I'm 5ft 5 too, and am 18 years old. Last year my weight was 189lbs (13st 7lbs), but my actual SW on mfp was 140lbs (10st). I'm now aiming for 9st aka 126lbs. :)

I understand how difficult it can be, and I'm struggling...yet the fact that I'm back home helps because the bathroom scale here is basically broken, so there isn't really much temptation for me. ^^; But, keep strong, we can do this! :)

Just remember that the scale weighs everything. So, that includes your organs, bones, muscle, water, fat, and the food you've consumed. It's most likely all the food left still digesting etc. Don't worry about it. :) x

I've been through the same/similar issues, so I can relate with how you're feeling. You can overcome, and control it, trust me. It'll take time, but it's possible to be controlled. x

I'm just an 18 year old art student in the UK, and a typical weekly food shop would be something around £39 for just myself. I make my own lunches etc. and don't get takeaways or really eat out, so I guess it's just the £39. I don't think that's too bad to be honest.

Simply 14lbs for now. (I've lost 53lbs since March last year without the aid of mfp.) I'm not fussed on a date to lose it by either, I'll just take it nice and slow. :)
