Do NOT fast! I'm sorry, but I don't see that as healthy. It could just throw your body off balance, so, keep calm, exercise as you normally would, and drink plenty of water to flush it through your system. Aim for tomorrow to be a wholesome, healthy day. I just have it in replacement of oatmeal, or cereal sometimes in the morning. :) I follow the instructions on the packet, leave it to cool, and put in the fridge. In the morning, I then mix in some honey, greek yoghurt, and strawberries, or other fruit. Very yummy, and oh so filling!

I would definitely recommend eating more, or increasing your calorie intake, just give it a go for a month or so, so you can figure out what works best for your body. I have the exact same issue! Not only do my toes go numb sometimes, but I also get pins and needles in them too. It only really happens when I'm on the cross-trainer though. I guess I just have poor blood circulation, or that I'm not using the equipment correctly or something...
