Tom the turkey , Charley the steer and bob the bacon pig all in my freezer lead a happy ,grass fed , no chemical life right up to the end. My critters get top treatment and they are very tasty.

ahhh the cabbage soup diet. While I do love this soup and have several container in the freezer, Just cause it love soup . I would rather keep on eating healthy and keep on the slow and steady loss that I have.

I gained 3 lbs in one day and I know what it was from . That very good homemade bean and ham soup. Well worth every sodium filled spoonful. I just have been drinking tons of water and it will be gone in a few days.

I just had one yesterday. We sled ( snowmobile) and I was going to list my daughters gear (bibs jacket) on the local swap site cause she got a cute little out fit to match her sled. I thought what the heck and tried in the jacket 1 st and it fit ! The bibs are a little tight in the boob area but out trip to the Rockies…

Hi I am Sharold, 49 live in MN. I have lost 40 lbs since last jan and need to lose 10 more. I am married with 3 kids ( 26, 21, 18) and my nest will be truly empty on mon since my middle child got his 1 st real job since graduating from college. I work at home running a home childcare.

Well tonight I ate dinner at 7:30 pm and will have breakfast after my morning exercise at 6:30 am so aint happening at my house.

Dress them warm and take them out. They will not freeze. I mean what is your temp get down to 30's or so? Your 5 yr old can walk just as far as he wants. It is good for him.

Good for you. I missed your 1 st post but in my experience mean "grown women" have been that way since about 3 yrs old and they keep it up till the day they die. I know 85 yr old mean girls and 3 yr old mean girls.

A mother feeding her child is a natural thing. I have no issues with it . Most mothers show less while nursing than most women show at the beach.

We do not eat corn in any way shape or form at my house because of corn allergies. This has been true for the past 20 years. We do not have an over skinny issue at our house.

Your dh has made the decision to put his sister before his wife and children. He broke his wedding vows we it comes down to it. That speaks volumes to me. I would would pack my things take the kids and leave. The way it stands he has proved that they ( his sister and family ) are more important than that his wife and kids.…

did you put the recipe in the recipe thing? That will help you figure the total calories then kinda work from there. I know lipton cup a scup has 50 calories for 6 oz so 100 might be a little low

I walk/jog early in the am ( 5:30 ish) and wear a reflective vest and have a flashy wrist band. The people driving at this time of day are not very observant. ai did this morning have to pause my walk to wait for the deer family to clear the road.
