YOu are a 16yr old male, you have not finished growing yet. Are you active and making healthy food choices? Then keep that up and you will be fine. Ask your parents to make an appointment with a nutrition specialist too see how you are if it really bugs them .

I got a fitbit and it has been a very good investment for me. It tracks my steps and adjusts my calories. You might start you logging by pre- logging you food for the day and then make adjustments in the evening when you have time.

You can do it. Log every bite you put in your mouth. Start walking short walks and add a little distance every day. You can add me as a friend.

THe only way ( o + here too) Green tea would help me loose weight is that I would vomit every time I drank it so I guess that would work. Green tea makes me so ill when I even smell it.
