I don't log vitamins/supplements or spices used while cooking. Regarding exercise, I don't log anything that isn't a dedicated (for lack of a better word) workout (i.e., I won't log walking the dog or carrying laundry up & down stairs :)

I switched to Blue Cheese Crumbles (1/4 cup = 80 calories)... The Blue Cheese flavor is still in the salad, but ends up being fewer calories (for me) because I would probably over-dress a salad with the dressing.
