You should never go below 1200 calories a day because your body needs that much to get all the nutrition. Generally you will lose muscle mass instead of fat and that is not what you want to do. The more nusacle you have the more fat your body will burn. So...shot for 1200 and do a little strength training. Good luck.

Everything I have been taught over the last 10 years is take you weight divide by 2 and that is the number of ounces of water you should drink in a day. And yes the water you are getting in those shakes would count.

I like on crackers and celery, but it works well on a sandwich in place of mayo or something like that and you don't have to add the higher calorie cheese slice either.

I agree you can see a good bit of difference with the side views. The only pic that does not show is the last after pic. Congrats!

Get right back to what you have been doing and don't beat yourself up about it. Everyone needs to had a let down time. Just jump back on the wagon, you'll be fine...
