Yes! It's a condition called "anhidrosis." Unfortunately, the only treatment is resting and cooling down. I try my very best to stay hydrated before I attempt any workout. I'd recommend a bottle mister to stay cool. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/anhidrosis/DS01050

Fast food sandwiches and those fancy whipped cream/chocolate/carmel/latte drinks. I loved them so in the past, and decided to splurge for a day. It was way too heavy and greasy. I surprised myself by almost throwing up after eating.

That sounds like a frightening diet. It's good to hear that you are not doing it!

I think its mostly about moderation. However I've completely stopped eating these items and feel much much better: Cereal - basically anything boxed. There's too much sugar and little protein. I am always hungry if I eat cereal for breakfast, even the "healthy" kind Cow's Milk- I now use Almond Milk Frozen meals- Lean…

Yes! I did a CSA last year, and was introduced to a huge variety of veggies and fruits. I never had garlic scrapes or butternut squash until the CSA. I think it was about $100/month for veggies/produce and each week provided about 4 days worth of ingredients. During the farmer's markets, I picked up extra ingredients much…

Thank you so much!

I recently had it as a mixed salsa. I used diced avocado, israeli couscous, black beans, corn and diced red bell pepper. Mix it together with some italian dressing, cilantro and lime. Eat it with pita chips.

My farthest run 5.5 miles! And started on weight lifting session #2 for New Rules.

If you are interested in trying something asian inspired, buy Ikari Goma Dressing (a non-oil sesame dressing); it's 25 calories per 2TBSP. it's awesome with thinly sliced chicken, lettuce, shredded cabbage and topped with some glass noodles. Very light and refreshing.

Wow! Congratulations! I just started running and can only do 4 miles. I want to do a marathon one day. You are inspiring me to keep working towards my goal.

Thanks for the great tip!

Love the sandbag idea. I'm also pretty low on cash. I can't join a gym for the moment but really want to lift weights.

Wow you look awesome! I've been on the fence on whether or not I should start training- mainly because I'm so out of shape. Did you just start by yourself or did you have help with a trainer?

I was working 3 jobs and had to take care of my 4 yr old. I would stay up until 2am trying to finish what chores/studies I could do. It was very stressful. Recently I started doing 20 minutes yoga stretches right before I hit the bed. You can also look at sleep calculator, sleepyty.me, to try to adjust your bedtime.…

That Creamy Avocado Pasta looks amazing! I'm going to have to try that out tonight!

jogged 3.8 miles, and then some pilates in the evening to relax.

I'm trying this out right now, so I don't have any personal results to tell you. (Warning:PDF) http://www.kaasplateau.com/stretches.pdf

Really inspiring! Thanks for sharing

It sounds like "anhidrosis." or lack of sweating. I have something similar and I tend to overheat and feel like passing out during exercise especially during hot days. My legs become spotted with red and feel like they are on fire. I try to keep cool by drinking water regularly. I would definitely talk to your doctor about…

I don't think it's a problem at all. Your protein intake depends on your fitness goals. I'm trying to gain muscle, and MFP has it set too low, in my opinion. You can just recalculate your intake and then change it in your MFP plan: http://www.meals.com/Meals-Tools/Protein-Calculator.aspx

Age:28 5'3" SW= 121 CW=118 Caloric intake 1200. I just starting tracking my food and exercising regularly, so it's been a mind opener to my nutritional needs. My overall goal is to gain muscle and build endurance.

Sometimes I strain a cup of yogurt in a coffee filter & strainer over night. In the morning, the water content is mostly taken out and the yogurt is almost like a soft cream cheese consistency. It's delicious for crackers or just eating with some fresh fruit.

5'3", 1200 intake I don't know about my goal weight. Right now, I'm 121. I'm hoping to be the size I once was which was around 100. However, this time, I want to build muscle which will directly affect my goal weight. MFP suggested 1200 calorie intake.

Twinnings English Breakfast and Bigelow Green Tea. Twinning's Darjeeling is wonderfully dark and strong and is amazing with a bit of milk and sugar. For a light nutty tea, I would get Genmai-cha (I buy Takaokaya brand) or sobacha. I definitely recommend learning how to properly brew tea. I used to heat a cup of water in…

"Jamie's Minestrone Soup" Amount Per Serving Calories: 227 | Total Fat: 8.3g | Cholesterol: 1mg By far the heartiest and most delicious soup I've made. You can probably cut the olive oil down to 1 tbsp instead of 3 tbsps. And personally, I like adding the kidney beans very last with the macaroni because they tend to get…

I'd definitely recommend Gordon Ramsay's Crispy Salmon recipe. It's absolutely simple and delicious. If you are watching your carbs, you can replace some potatoes with turnips. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wSrR0CsbGWs
