I am amazed by your results! I just want to ask the question that it seems a few people have been dodging... Have you had any type of skin removal surgery? I wear an HRM when I'm doing Insanity and I only burn about 350 calories per session. 400 for some of the super hard ones, and about 450 if I dure Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs on the same day. I can't stand brown soft drinks! Cokes, Dr. Pepper, Rootbeer...any of them make me want to gag! I like a sip of Sprite from a fountain every now and then though (not the same from a bottle). I also hate pies...gross.
