  • If it is something that would make you feel deprived then you should have it once in a while.. That means once in awile don't justify having it every day because you can stay in your numbers.. There are many easier healthier ways to stay in your numbers.
  • I believe that if you really want something you should have it, but don't think of it as cheating just work it into your plan. Sometimes if you don't have it you will just eat everything in sight.
  • Good Morning, I am much older than you and doing this for the umpteenth time, but I am a good motivator and would be glad to have you for a friend because I seldom go onto the blogs. Believe me you will love this, and find that it is the easiest plan you have ever joined. I am sure that you can do it.
  • Yes, climbing that hill with your back pack should definitely be counted as exercise especially if you are breathing heavy by the time you get to the top. By the way, you look great. Grandma Laura
