I've got 3 more days of level 3 left (haven't done it in 30 days exactly, but over the course of 6 or 7 weeks). A huge thing for me was to write down all the moves in each level/circuit and then stop using the DVD after doing the level a couple times. Then I downloaded a stopwatch app on my phone and just did the workout…

Someone already mentioned it, but I have to second it - Bolthouse Farms ranch tastes almost exactly like full-fat regular Hidden Valley, but only has 45 calories per two tablespoons. I used to be addicted to ranch (French fries dipped in it in college... aka how I gained weight!) and pretty much cut it out cold turkey when…

We had been together over five years, living together for two, so I knew it was coming - just didn't know when! July 4th weekend 2010, we were at my parents' house and were downstairs watching TV in the living room after my parents had gone to bed. I was leaning on his shoulder falling asleep, as I usually do when we're…

For all things roasted, I turn to Barefoot Contessa :) In her chicken salad recipes, she always cooks the chicken the same way: Use bone-in, skin-on breasts. Rub with olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Roast on a sheet pan at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

Saw a few twins/triplets/quadruplets already so I'm just going to FR directly, but here are my stats if anyone else matches! Age: 30 Height: 5'3" HW: 130ish in college LW: 110ish in high school CW: 122 GW: 115 for five minutes just to prove I can do it, but 117-118 realistically I'm married and the hubbers and I will…

Trying for 117, but I want to hit 115 for ten seconds just to prove I can. It's a weird mental thing for me!

I usually do one HIIT day per week and I change it up every week. This week I did 3:2 minute intervals, with 3 minutes at 7.0 and 2 minutes at 5.0. I did as many rounds as I could fit into 40 minutes, warmup and cooldown on either end too. I also found an interval pyramid workout in Fitness magazine a couple months ago -…

An omelet: 1 egg, 2 egg whites, honey maple turkey, American cheese, broccoli, and spinach. With Ezekiel sesame toast. I tend to eat eggs for dinner a lot because they're so fast!

Always a sports bra - I got a few from a Reebok outlet a million years ago that I still use religiously. If I'm doing weights, I wear capris and a racer-back or sleeveless tech top. If I'm running, I wear running shorts and a tech t-shirt that's a little looser. For some reason I like the tighter clothing when I'm doing…

Pale freckled redhead here! French, Irish, German, and Swiss descent. I've never successfully been "tan", even when lifeguarding for five summers; I just get less white. My (white-as-a-ghost, black-haired) father had a basal cell carcinoma removed from his hairline a few years back so I'm trying to be even more diligent…

Everyday, so that I can see patterns, but I only record a loss if I see that number for a few days in a row.

Dated for 6 years (about 3 of which were long distance, 1 living together), engaged for a little over a year before our wedding. I was 29 and he was almost 28 when we got married. Our one-year anniversary is in September. I'd sit him down. I got to your point too - everyone else is getting engaged, when's it gonna be our…

1 day of 40-50 minutes running outside 1 day of weights at the gym 1 day of treadmill intervals 1 day of a circuit training DVD (Jillian Michaels, Jackie Warner, Bob Harper) 1 day of an hour or more running or cardio at the gym 1 day of yoga every other week or so

Lipton Tea & Honey drink packets in Blackberry Pomegranate - might help that I drink it out of a super fun polka dotted tumbler with a straw every day at work! And Yasso frozen Greek yogurt bars in strawberry. A popsicle that's good for you! Just wish they weren't like 6 bucks for 4 bars...

Totally with everyone else on this thread. I'm 5'3"ish and just under 120 right now, trying to get closer to 115. Mostly I'd like to tone up and look more in proportion - I naturally have the legs of a not-so-small person! I get most of the comments at work - if I bring a salad for lunch or mention that I went for a run…

I use Bob's Red Mill quick-cooking oats - half a cup of that, with three-quarters of a cup of unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze, plus a Splenda packet, some frozen mixed berries, and slivered almonds. Sometimes if I'm feeling sassy, I add half a scoop of chocolate protein powder. Mmm!
