  • I am 5'2 and was stuck at 136 for a couple of months. I started at 238.8 in Jan. 2012 and was down to 136 in Dec. by eating around 1200 calories, exercising, and not eating back my exercise calories. But then I got stuck at 136. My goal was 130 so it was very frustrating to be sooo close but so far from my goal. In Feb. I…
  • I am 5'2 and I started last Jan. at 238.8 lbs. My goal was also 130 but I am happy to say I surpassed that goal and am now 128 lbs. I'm not sure how to post pics on here as I've never done it. But I want my wedding ring not a new ring. I have been wearing this one for 14 years! I might have to look into those spacer things. Congrats on your NSV!

  • I'm 5'2 also. I started at 238.8 lbs wearing a tight 22 pants. I went to the doctor in January and she said "you know if you loose weight it would really help." I took that comment and ran with it. Now 8 months later I am down 92 lbs and only have 16.8 lbs to go to get to my goal of 130. I have struggled with my weight…
  • I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 15 years ago. I have been on medicine since then. I had gained 122 lbs since my diagnosis, yes a whole person! I also have PCOS which also causes weight gain so I thought I would always be fat. But in Jan. I decided enough was enough and I have lost 91 lbs so far. So it definitely can be…
