I'm in week 9! I can see the light! It was a great program and I plan on using the 5 to 10k app as well. However, for me, the scale stopped moving 9 weeks ago to feed my developing muscles - but i've definitely seen change in my body, just not in the number! Good luck!

Sainsbury's - a major grocery chain here- has its own line called "Be Good to Yourself." It basically healthier versions of pretty much everything you need. No secrets! Just following the MFP diet and doing the elliptical about 4 times a week. I've also taken little "vacations" from my diet as well to get my body used to eating the right amount again. When you exercise, you gotta eat those too... or at least some. I usually eat half to 2/3 of them. Otherwise, you're starving yourself and your body will hold onto everything you're eating and in turn, drastically slow your weight loss.

I always get Veggie and Tofu fried rice at my Thai place. It's waaaaaayyyyy less cals than the Pad Thai and still delicious. Although I'll usually steal a bite or two of my friends' Pad Thai. ;)

I eat Vita muffins and Vita tops. They're amazing and only 100 cals each plus a ton of vitamins for your body. :)

I don't enter anything unless it's over 30 minutes of activity. Your body needs to be at a certain heart rate for optimal calorie burn as calculates MFP. Walking to your car is definitely not a candidate for exercise, but walking around the park continuously for 30 minutes could be!

You need to log your exercise and eat 1/2 to 2/3 of your exercise calories because your body needs 1200 net calories a day to function or you will put your body into starvation mode. It happened to me, but when i started eating my exercise calories, i started losing again!
