It's too high to be kidney pain, I've had kidney infections before and this is at least 8in higher than that. I don't think a pain for less than 24hrs warrants a trip to the doctor, which is why I posted on here. Obviously if it persists then I will see one. I don't have any gallstone symptoms so it seems pretty unlikely…

Yeh, I have to remember that it takes time. If I think back I did once lose 8lbs in a week after three weeks with no movement so I guess it was just taking its time to work through. I'm sure I'm eating within my limits, I've lost 64lbs so far and this is the last 7 so I need to not try and sprint to the finish!

Thanks for the feedback, it's really helpful! I do get too hung up on all the numbers and I am quite impatient as well. Hopefully th weight will start to come down in the next week or so.
