I'm in.. I am at the gym 5 - 6 times a week anyway and usually on the treadmill for no less than 35 minutes.. I do random and have advanced to level 4, when my 14 year old son is not with me I can go for 45 minutes.... Whatever it takes! Today is the day... Leaving in 30 ... Lets go!

One of the trainers at the gym I go to said to do my circuit training every other day to allow the muscles to rest.. but if I do go to the gym on a non circuit training day to do cardio only for at least an hour minumum... so just walk today - no one will think your slacking..

Hi I am one of her sisters on MFP.. I never knew you wanted to do this and if you did tell me, let's blame on me being older and I forgot LOL.. Friend me - I'll support ya.. My husband is a stck and can eat, eat, eat and not gain a pound - take him to a buffet and he is sure to eat his money worth. I just walk in and gain 10 lbs before eating anything. It sucks but I keep going... I have junk in my house too.. I choose not to eat it.. Keep doing what your doing..…

Egg cups - fill cup cake pans with liners and fill half way with sausage or veggies if you don't eat meat.. Some cheese and bake - when cooled pop then out and freeze - grab 2 out in the morning and heat in the microwave, maybe a slice of toast and you done.. Hot tea in the morning helps fill me too..
