I agree as well. Sometimes I'm under, but its usually not more than 100 cals. I just don't like the people who purposefully eat hundreds below what MFP tells them.

Its only really accurate for exercises involving your feet. It can't tell if you're moving your hands(boxing).

LOVE IT! I was worried about the cost too, but I'm so happy I got it. It really motivates me to be more active in my day. Seeing "sedentary" show up too often makes me go out for an extra walk :laugh: And since I got it, I've lost around 9 pounds :smile:

You only log on MFP. Otherwise you might get double entries. However, I don't log exercise on MFP that my fitbit can track itself(walking). But if I'm doing something that my fitbit can't accurately calculate(weightlifting), I add it to MFP.

I've deleted people if they're making choices that seem unhealthy to me. If I have a friend thats only logging 800-900 cals a day, I don't really agree with that and I delete them. Its their choice to make. I just don't feel like I have to be a part of it.
