look at this, http://www.losertown.org/eats/cal.php your eating too many calories if you want to lose weight at a decent speed. at the rate your going you'll weight about 165lbs in two years i would lower you cals to about 1400

all u can do is just stop ... i know from experience from purging and smoking they are both addictions and are both very hard to quit but i just one day said for both that im done.... i am 10 years without purging and 5 months without smoking

thanx everyone im still losing at 1200 just starting to slow down... im thinking once i get about 15lbs away from my goal im gonna up my cals to aqround 1600 anyways just to ease into my maintain calories at goal
