should i go below 1200?
so i've lost 50 lbs. as of yet eating a 1200 calorie diet. now that i have a smaller deficit with that 1200 should i go lower to maintain a 2 pound weekly weight loss?? i know 1200 should be the rock bottom but is it unrealistic to expect a 2 pound loss anymore??

Coffee shop now and then
so what i was comparing what i get now and what i used to get when i would go to my beloved Dunkin' Donuts what about u?? i now get a iced coffee w/ milk and i used to get a coffee coolatta (((FAT))) lol

whats ur fav meal/snack of the day?
what meal/snack do u look forward to most? mine is my final snack at night usually cheese, carrots and strawberries or some other fruit ... the meal makes me happy and feeling like i ended the day on a healthy note :)

cholesterol...?
so in the morning I'll have two eggs w/ yolk.. and that alone brings me over my recommended cholesterol for the day is that okay? it's the only thing i can't get a handle on can someone help me with this?

so where do you like to go for a hike?? i usually got for a 4-8 mile hike in wells mills in new jersey only about 15 mins away from my house.

national doughnut day!
so who of you got your free doughnut today?? if you did what kind and where did you get it? i got a glazed stick from dunkin donuts (370 calories but well worth it) i also got a med. iced coffee w/ milk
