i never ate breakfast my whole life till about 6 years ago when my boyfriend began forcing me to eat it with him lol im used to it now... also personally i feel that u should get into the habit just for if u someday have children it would help to teach them to eat breakfast seeing mommy do it .it's pretty vital for kids…

i don't eat this now because of my diet... but i would make a pb&j sandwich and put pretzels on it... than i would dip it like a cookie into milk.. best thing in life!!

you stop caring what other people MIGHT be thinking of you and start looking at the good things about yourself and not dwelling on the tiny flaws

why stop using the words... fat people know they are fat, they know they are over weight or obese... fat people get over it, if it hurts your feelings then lose some weight and those words will never be directed to you again

i agree with chanta make sure that at the end of the day u have at least 1500 calories after exercise... do what works for you, others just want to burn extra calories doing so the healthy way or not... but just make sure u don't do under 1500

im 5'6"... i started at 225lbs (obese) my current weight is 177 lbs (over weight) i want to get down to 135 just because it's the average of healthy weight if im a size 6 or a size 0 at that weight i don't care i just want to be a healthy weight for my size

i def see a difference.. just remember the less you weigh, the more a 5 pound loss will be easier to see, your doin great

i weigh myself before breakfast and after dinner everyday ( im obsessed ) but i record my morning weigh in every other Wednesday

every calorie counts, say if you have 3 servings of veg and 3 servings of fruit that prob around 240 calories give or take right there... im on a 1200 cal diet and that amount is way too much not to be accounting for

im in the same boat as you tonight i had an entire qt of general tso's..... sometimes i get it in my head that i can binge and just get rid of it and feel great but i have to stay strong and just take punishment ( the full stomach and the guilt ) and remember next time that throwing up is not an option
