I have changed a lot of my groceries...frozen or fresh..I only by canned black beans, northern beans,,etc..I have given up boxed meals..which is still hard because they take little thought in making..But I have not given up my Reese cup 2 times a week!..lol Saying that the changes for the better have made us feel better…

I also have forever waving arms..I saw a doctor, he told me I would need surgery for that problem...I could not afford that...he was a plastic surgeon..I might be able to tone but I will always have them. but I am older maybe that is why

Great Feeling Right? That is the best feeling..I have new jeans(lol..bought them 4 yrs ago) with tags on them..and I am almost there...I thought I would have been there.. But.. I did get into a pair I have not been able to wear for over a year...yes it feels good Good job!

You will have to still log your food and when this is done there will be some foods that you like that you will never eat again..the weight comes off at first, because you cant eat..but when you get better you get to where you can eat it all again, and you are back here..This is the honest truth..You will have to always…

At night I go every hour ..I am not kidding..I have not had eight hours sleep forever..I tried the meds for it but it effected my vision, I told the drs..of course all i heard is its par for the course of getting older...IT DRIVES ME NUTS>>>

I weight in naked, but last week I had a drs appt, so I weighed with the clothes I went to the drs in. Just to make sure their scale did not lie..hehe, and believe me it was right on the money right down to the .4..so now I cant say."i know i did not put a lb back on"

You have already taken the first step..the main step.I found that tracking on mfp has helped me be more in tuned with what I eat. If I find that I might go over I exercise..just move, log your food and stay within your caloric range and you will rock it!

My experience only...but you will stop losing soon. I happened to me. You should be consuming more especially with the workout you are doing. You are not getting all you need. Just make sure you keep your protein higher your carbs lower and eat your calories. You can friend me if you like. BTW..I was 400 went down to 285,…
