I drink at least 80 ounces a day. (on the weekends I am not very good on my water intake though, trying to change that! )

yes I get it, but I try to make sure the amount I get, is enough for him. and that their wont be any left over for me to sneak into the kitchen later and eat when I all of a suddenget a craving. hey great job!!! if you have been lifting, it could have been muscle gain! because that happened to me. I was eating right and going to the gym 5-6 times a week,doing cardio and lifting. for 3 weeks I was doing that and didn't lose a thing! i just talked to my trainer about this the other day and she said your stomach is the last place the weight will come off

i mess up on the weekends too lol. and i cant get myself to go out and not drink. or be the DD. I usually walk where I go, or stay the night where i hang out. if i really want to lose wieght i know i need to take a couple week break buts its hard. To do so I would have to become a hermit and just ignore everyone lol

how did you lose so much in that amount of time? what kinda of things did you eat and exercises did you do? this is giving me hope to lose some weight before summer. i have been working out for a month, and eating healthy for 2weeks so far, yet the scale hasn't budged :frown:
