do u buy new workout shoes/clothes to get motivated again?
I know it sounds ridiculous, but I do. lol I just purchased new running shoes. anywho, I am ready to start back up, so any tips or advice on how to stay motivated would be great. I always seem to lose motivation after a couple months. I am 5'8 and 200, trying to lose 50pounds

Good protein shake comparable to Shakeology?
Hi! looking for a protein shake that is comparable to Shakeology's benefits that is a lot cheaper. Never tried shakeology because it is so dang pricey, so was wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a diff protein shake that wont burn a whole in my pocket thanks! :smile:
