I don't have a very big apartment so what is a good workout I could do? I already do bootcamp and cardio at the gym but I want to start adding in a workout at home.

though about the Jillian Michaels 30day shred I see everyone talking about since you can get it free on youtube. For all who have tried that, how is it? Do I need to get weights or anything for it?

thank you all!

  • You could probably do some pilates or yoga. There are tons of video on youtube. Check out Blogilates on youtube. She is great!

Look up, "You Are Your Own Gym" - great bodyweight exercises - more fun than you at first think!

I started 30 DS this week and for level 1 its only dumbells, not sure about the next 2 levels.
  • I would also recommend Pilates. If you have enough space for a Yoga mat, you'll have space for Pilates.
