yes I drink half my body weigh in ounces of water so i am 197, so I drink ATLEAST 100 ounces of water a day, but usually more because I drink 20ounces while working out and atleast 20ounces after my work out

yes you read this correctly lol. I sat down with my bootcamp trainer on Monday and she did the math and said I need to eat 1700 calories! i am eating 1700 for 2weeks, then 1600 for 2weeks, and then 1800 the next 2weeks
