OK newbie, the first thing you need to do is slow down your thought process. Set a goal and stick with it for say...4 weeks. Losing 1/2 a pound to a pound a week is just fine. What an inspiration! I too have over 100lbs to lose. I've lost some, gained it back, lost some more. We need to change our mental outlook, at least I do as well as our physical one. You are awesome. Keep up the good work.

I need friends and support too!! I started yesterday. I had already lost over 200lbs in three years but started to feel like ....whatever....so decided I needed some friends who are in the same boat. Still have 100 to go. Thanks
