people, especially men, who don't put the weights back. so many times there is a few hundred pounds left on a row machine, or a leg press. so if i want to use the machine i have to take all those 45 pound weights off. it's ridiculous. and the people who don't wipe down the machines after they finish.

almond milk has less carbs than skim milk and no cholestrerol, lactose, saturated fat and sodium. also no worries about the steriods and hormones that the cows get. i'm insulin resistant and my boyfriend is lactose intolerant so i buy the unsweetend vanilla almond milk. i thinks it's delicious.

you're gonna love it! it is very motivating!! it is easy but if you sync with mfp there is one thing that drives me crazy. i don't log my exercise. i let my fitbit do all that for me. the only problem is this, if you do your exercise early in the day your "fitbit calorie adjustment' shows up in your exercise diary.…

i make it the weight watcher's way. the only real difference is instead of frying the coated eggplant slices in oil you bake them in the oven. once done, you layer as usual and bake.

you shouldn't buy a shirt if you have to borrow money to get it

This is exactly correct.

Yes, I'm in the same boat as you. I have insulin resistance. Did really well for a while then started sneaking in some sweets like cookies and ice cream. Once I got a taste of the "good stuff" I just craved it more and more. So I started eating it more and more and before I knew it was back up on my weight. What works best…

the fitbit adjustment was driving me crazy. when i logged my exercise with the start time, the number would post on mfp wall (or whatever you call it) but the fitbit adjustment was delayed so it looked like i was burning twice as many calories. there doesn't seem to be a way to re-post the correction, so i felt i had to…

there's nothing worse than having a set back when you're so motivated. hope your foot is better soon.

Do you folks use baby spinach or regular?

You can do a standing row with free weights for the row. And bent over rows with free weights for the lat pull down (the move is like trying to start a lawn mower). You can look on youtube and probably get a better idea of how the moves are done.

It's true, age doesn't *necessarily* matter... Which is why I think some of us implied that if the OP would like to meet somebody, he's probably best served by keeping an open mind rather than limiting his search to a specific age range. Congrats on the 17 years :) [/quote] exactly

I cannot see where he said he was 28.

Odd that a man with a very specific dating age range doesn't give his own age.

94 since I was a teenager. Cardiologist says I'm fine, that we humans don't have a set number of beats then once you use them up that's it. Yes, I asked

I feel your pain :-) I started peri-menopause about 4 years ago and I have gained about 40 lbs since. I am utterly disgusted by how I look and I get so discouraged by how difficult it is to take the weight off. I've had some additional stress the past few weeks that has set me back and I'm trying to desperately to get back…

I feel guilty too. But I am slowly starting to deal with it. Life is all about balance. And I am beginning to realize that. Try to put yourself in your husband's shoes. If you were him, would you feel differently than you do now? Wouldn't you want your spouse to take the time to care for themself. I have found that once…
